Meridian Bioscience offers Glycerol-Free T7 RNA Polymerase (HC), a high-concentration, DNA-dependent RNA polymerase that requires a T7 promoter sequence. This enzyme is ideal for in vitro synthesis of labeled or unlabeled RNA for research, diagnostic, or clinical applications. The glycerol-free formulation is particularly suitable for lyophilization, facilitating the development of ambient-temperature stable assays. The enzyme is available in 50,000 Unit or 500,000 Unit aliquots.
